Shipping & Returns

Shipping

At this time, Complete Air Ride only ships inside the United States. If you are outside of the United States and are in need of assistance to find an air ride supplier, please contact us and we will be more than happy to help. Most orders submitted by 1 P.M. CST will be shipped same day. Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground.

Expedited Shipping

If you would like to have your order shipped using a different method or carrier, or you need to have your order expedited, please send an email to support@completeairride.com with the following information and we will promptly contact you regarding your request:

Returns

Complete Air Ride is committed to helping you find the parts you need to build your ride. If for any reason you would like to return an item, please read our return policy shown here.

To make a return, please contact us at Support@CompleteAirRide.com or through the Contact Us Page.  Once you have received a Return Authorization(RA) Number, you may then return your items following the instructions given by the Complete Air Ride Staff. 

In order to return an item, your items must still be in new, uninstalled condition. Any item that shows signs of wear such as scratches, dents, modification, etc. are not eligible for a return. Any items that are custom ordered are Non-Refundable. 

All returns are subject to a 10% Restocking fee to offset the cost we incur when processing your order. All shipping charges are Non-Refundable.

Once your item has been returned, your refund will be credited back using the method of your original payment.
